Our family is looking to spend an extended weekend in Yellowstone National Park on our daughters college spring break. We live in Seattle, but would like to fly into Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport. We don’t need anything crazy for activities at the park but would like to see the main sightseeing attractions and we would like to go fishing on one of the days.

The flight departs Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) at 7:40 am so in a few hours you'll be leaving Bozeman and making your way into the national park.
The Deluxe rooms at Old Faithful Inn features 2 Queen beds and 1 bathroom is $1,752. It will be a great launch point to all your park activities for the trip.
Grab a table at the Old Faithful Inn Dining Room and take in the beautiful historic log cabin ambiance while enjoying a delicious meal. The historic inn offers an extensive menu of familiar American entrees & a large buffet of delicious eats.
For the first day in the park, it's probably best to grab coffee and a morning meal at the Old Faithful Lodge bake shop. They'll have a good variety of options and fresh coffee to kickoff the morning.
Let's kickoff the yellowstone adventure with a first stop right outside of your lodge with a walk around the Old Faithful Geyser. It's one of the most famous geysers globally, renowned for its predictability and impressive eruptions that can shoot water up to 180 feet into the air. It will be busy so get there early to avoid some of the crowds.
The Grand Prismatic Spring Overlook is a vantage point in Yellowstone National Park that offers stunning views of the Grand Prismatic Spring, the largest hot spring in the United States and one of the most colorful and mesmerizing geothermal features in the park.
Head back towards your hotel to grab lunch at the Old Faithful Snow Lodge Obsidian Dining Room. You'll have a wide variety of meal options to re-charge you before your afternoon adventures.
The Upper Falls of the Yellowstone River is one of the most iconic and breathtaking sights in the park, offering visitors stunning views and opportunities for awe-inspiring photography. The thunderous roar of the waterfall and the dramatic beauty of its surroundings make it a must-see destination for anyone exploring Yellowstone.

We'll grab a quick breakfast at the lodge and coffee to go before we head out for our fishing trip.
A guided fishing trip in Yellowstone National Park offers anglers the chance to experience world-class trout fishing while surrounded by stunning natural scenery. With expert guides leading the way, participants can enjoy tailored excursions to prime fishing spots, complete with equipment, instruction, and insights into the park's wildlife and conservation efforts. We recommend contacting Yellowstone River Outfitters to arrange your guided day trip fishing a few iconic spots throughout the park.
The fishing guide service will provide lunch for you to limit the downtime and make room for more fishing. Have fun!
We'll finish of the day back where we started with a lovely dinner in the lodge. You'll be tired from a long day of fishing so this will make it easier on the family.
Pro Tip: Grab a bottle of wine from the general store and enjoy a glass of wine while playing a board game around the fire at the lodge after dinner.

We’re getting Married in April and would love some help planning our honeymoon. We’ve been to Hawaii before by not Oahu, so it’s all new to us. We are both foodies but we don’t drink. That said, we love going to all the popular food spots and happy to travel across the island to hit up all the must try spots. We also love to surf so want to see all the iconic surf spots and schedule some surfing with a guide as well.
